We offer flat rate shipping & handling within the United States with USPS. Items are sent with insurance to the full value of your Sceaux Scully hat. Please allow 7-10 business days from order to receipt. Once the package has been sent we will follow up with a tracking number.
International Shipping:
We are happy to shop world wide. Once it has a tracking number Sceaux Scully. Is not responsible for additional taxes, tariffs or duties that may be insured do to package size, weight, volume or value.
Returns & Exchanges
As a small business my clients satisfaction is the best way for me to keep going, that's why we'll do everything we can to ensure best packaging, timely delivery, and if absolutely necessary an exchange. Please contact us immediately should your item arrive damaged, with photos, and we will do our best to replace or exchange.
An exchange can be made, with return postage with your cost, and original item must be received in the exact same condition as sent, not worn.
